CLEAN UP CREW

Privacy Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

This policy explains how Clean Up Crew Solutions Pte Ltd, trading as Clean Up Crew ("we", "us" or "our"), handles personal data connected with our website, enquiries and cleaning services in Singapore.

1. Data we collect

Our quotation form asks for your name, WhatsApp number and preferred cleaning date. During follow up or booking, we may also collect your email address, property address, property details, access instructions, service preferences, messages, invoices and payment records.

We may receive property photos or videos that you send for a quote or complaint. Where needed for service records, we may take photos of relevant work areas after explaining the purpose and obtaining consent where required. Please avoid sending identity documents, financial details or images of unrelated people unless needed for a stated purpose.

If you give us another person's contact details, please ensure you are authorised to do so and that they know why we need their details.

2. How we use data

We use relevant data to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, confirm appointments, arrange access, provide cleaning and process payments. We also use it to manage feedback, payment disputes, return cleaning and claims, maintain business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations. Relevant records may be used to establish or defend legal claims.

We will collect, use or disclose personal data with consent or another basis permitted by Singapore law. We will notify you of a new purpose and obtain any consent required before using your data for that purpose.

3. Enquiry contact and marketing

When you submit an enquiry, we may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or SMS about that request. We may use email if you provide an email address. This does not automatically sign you up for unrelated promotions.

Where we send promotions, we will obtain any required consent and follow applicable marketing and Do Not Call rules. You can ask us to stop promotional messages through the contact details below. Service messages needed for an active booking are handled separately.

4. Sharing with service providers

We may share relevant data with authorised cleaners, contractors and providers supporting booking, communications, payments, hosting and customer support. An appointed website or marketing agency may process enquiries on our behalf, only for authorised purposes and under appropriate instructions and safeguards. This does not permit unrelated use for the agency's own marketing.

We may also disclose relevant data to professional advisers, insurers or public authorities where needed for a claim, legal obligation or other lawful purpose. We do not sell personal data.

5. Photos, reviews and testimonials

Service documentation and public advertising are separate uses. We will obtain separate permission before using identifiable customer photos, videos or private message screenshots in our marketing. Refusing publicity permission will not affect your cleaning service.

We will remove or conceal unnecessary addresses, phone numbers, faces and other identifying details before public use. Public reviews may be displayed through a review service under applicable permissions and platform terms.

6. Cookies and third party services

Our website may use cookies and similar tools for website functions, visitor statistics and advertising measurement. Depending on the tools enabled, these may process IP addresses, device or browser details, page visits and interactions.

You can manage cookies through your browser and any privacy controls available on our website. Blocking some cookies may affect website functions. Where consent is required for a tool, it will be requested before that tool is used. Linked services such as WhatsApp and Google have their own privacy policies.

7. Security, storage and overseas processing

We use reasonable safeguards and restrict personal data access to people who need it for their work. No system is completely secure. We will assess any data breach and notify the relevant authority and affected people where required by law.

We retain data while needed to provide services, maintain required records, resolve disputes or establish or defend claims. We delete or anonymise it when no longer needed for a lawful business or legal purpose. For overseas processing, we take the steps required to ensure protection comparable to Singapore's PDPA.

8. Access, correction and withdrawal of consent

Contact our Data Protection Officer to request access to your personal data, information about its use or disclosure as provided by law, correction of inaccurate data, or withdrawal of consent. You may also ask about deletion. Requests are subject to applicable legal requirements and exceptions, including records we must retain.

We may verify your identity before responding. If withdrawal means we cannot complete a requested service, we will explain the likely consequences. We will stop the affected processing as required by law, unless continued processing is legally permitted or required.
