1. Rental deposit and landlord approval
Clean Up Crew provides cleaning to help prepare your property for handover. We do not control decisions made by your landlord or agent and do not guarantee a full rental security deposit refund. A cleaning booking is not deposit insurance or an agreement to pay any rental deposit deduction.
The return of a rental deposit depends on the tenancy agreement, property condition and other obligations. Our responsibility for providing the agreed cleaning service remains subject to the Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
2. Cleaning results and service promises
Results depend on the surface material, age, existing condition and type of dirt. Permanent stains, corrosion, scratches, fading and damage may remain after cleaning. Cleaning does not replace repair or restoration.
Our free return cleaning promise covers missed areas within the agreed scope reported within 24 hours after service completion, as explained in our Terms & Conditions. It is not a promise to restore every surface to a new condition.
3. Prices and additional work
A fixed quote covers the agreed scope and disclosed property condition. Excessive dirt, concealed conditions, a material difference in size or condition, and requested extra work may require a revised quote. We will explain the reason and extra price and obtain your approval before doing additional work. Specialist treatments are included only where agreed.
4. Quotation and cleaning time
The 5 minute quote message is a response target once we have enough information during service hours. It is not the time needed to clean a home. Actual quotation and cleaning times may vary with the request, property condition and availability.
5. Photos, reviews and other services
Before and after photos and customer reviews illustrate individual jobs and experiences. They do not guarantee the same result for every home. Reviews about other services, including formaldehyde treatment, do not mean those services are included in an End of Tenancy Cleaning booking.
Ratings and customer figures may change over time. We aim to keep information accurate and current. Please contact us if you notice an error. Links to third party websites are provided for convenience; those providers are responsible for their own content and services.
6. Your rights and contact
This disclaimer does not remove our agreed service obligations, excuse misleading statements or limit rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
